Sōji Home is operated by Julia Frank, a sole proprietor based in Manitoba, Canada, doing business as Frankly Labs ("we," "us," or "Frankly Labs"). These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Julia Frank (trading as Frankly Labs), not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Frankly Labs, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
Frankly Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Sōji Home for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
When you install Sōji Home from the App Store, your licence to use the app is limited to use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Apple Family Sharing.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of an active subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
All habit data, streaks, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Frankly Labs has no access to this data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The sojihome.app website is provided for informational purposes. You may browse it freely. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its underlying infrastructure.
The contact and newsletter forms on this website collect only what you voluntarily provide. See our Privacy Policy for details on how that information is handled.
Frankly Labs is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for Sōji Home, as specified in these Terms of Use or as required under applicable law. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services in relation to the app.
Sōji Home is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frankly Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees that the app or website will always be available, completely error-free, or suit every particular use. We will always do our best to keep things running smoothly.
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you (where applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Frankly Labs.
Frankly Labs, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Frankly Labs, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and Apple's subsidiaries, and Google LLC and Google's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use. Upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use, Apple and Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app or website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
